Through a combination of general supervision and targeted support, UCPWA addresses both activities of daily living (ADL) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADL).

The following list outlines the comprehensive range of supports provided by encompassing essential tasks that contribute to the overall care and comfort of the participant.

  • Bathing

  • Toileting

  • Transfer and Ambulation

  • Skin Care

  • Grooming

  • Dressing

  • Extensions of therapies and exercise

  • Routine care of adaptive equipment

  • Primarily involving cleaning as needed

  • Meal preparations

  • Assistance with eating

  • Incidental light household cleaning and laundry directly related to the care of the participant
